Dear Friends of Preservation Long Island,
As I reflect on my first year as Executive Director, I am filled with gratitude for loyal supporters like you who share our commitment to preserving and celebrating Long Island’s remarkable architectural history and cultural heritage.
Below, you will find highlights from this year’s events and programs, along with a snapshot of our important work in advocacy, education, and stewardship.
By making a year-end donation to our 2025 Annual Appeal, you help us continue to provide historic preservation advocacy services, deliver public programming, create exhibitions and publications, collect and steward art and material culture related to Long Island history, and maintain each of our four historic properties.
Thank you for supporting this important work. I look forward to sharing our calendar of events in the coming year, including special programming to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
