Preservation Long Island Curatorial Fellow, Peter Fedoryk, will discuss the life and artwork of landscape artist, Edward Lange who painted Long Island homesteads, businesses, railroad depots, and harbor front in precise detail during the 1870s and 80s. FREE.
Join us for special extended access guided tours of one of Preservation Long Island’s historic houses focusing on the site’s history of enslavement and the on-going work of the Jupiter Hammon Project.
