William “Big Bill the Tory” Jayne returns for Culper Spy Day!
Did you know that almost 30% of Long Islanders identified as Loyalists during the American Revolution? Drop by Sherwood-Jayne Farm to hear the other side of the story about George Washington’s band of spies! The property opens at 10:00 AM. The first guided tour begins at 10:30 AM. Tours continue every half hour with the final tour at 3:00 PM. Free self-guided grounds tours all day.
