Have you wondered how explorers found their way before GPS? They used a map and compass.
Join the Seatuck Environmental Association to learn the basic parts of a compass and walk through the steps on how to use one with a map.
Then, you’ll put your new outdoor skills to the test with an exciting scavenger hunt that will connect you to the history of this 289-year-old property, the Sherwood-Jayne Farm.
This program is good for all ages; the scavenger hunt will take you on woodland trails that are suitable for all walkers.
