Co-directors of the Plain Sight Project present new research on the enslaved people who lived and worked at the Custom House in Sag Harbor. The house opens for visitors at 3pm, followed by a lecture on the lawn at 4pm with light refreshments. FREE. Registration required.

Join the team as Preservation Long Island’s representative to the east-end community. Responsible for organizing volunteer schedules, conducting house tours, and coordinating with Headquarters staff on programs at the Custom House.
Past Outdoor Exhibit: Reposition Relocation
Part of the international exhibition, Art Off-Screen, Reposition Relocation is a FREE outdoor contemporary art installation on view in Sag Harbor inspired by historic furnishings at the Custom House.
Custom House
Starting July 22, 2022 through October 30, 2022, the house will be open for guided tour visitors only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The house is closed to the public on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Click HERE for tour times and sign-up information.
