When the Jupiter Hammon Project was launched in the fall of 2020, Preservation Long Island created a centralized resource for the public to explore and learn more about the legacy of enslavement on Long Island and the life of Jupiter Hammon. Our staff maintains and updates this site as new resources are identified and created.
